Client Services Agreement

This agreement applies when you book, purchase, or participate in any session, package, program, membership, workshop, or service offered by Nazirra Shaik-Papafaklis.
1. Services Provided
Nazirra may provide life coaching, hypnotherapy, energy healing, nervous-system support, workshops, private sessions, group programs, online resources, and related personal-development services.
These services are intended for personal growth, self-awareness, emotional support, and transformational development.
2. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
Services are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial support where needed.
3. Client Responsibility
By booking or participating, the client understands that:

personal change requires active participation

the client remains responsible for their choices, actions, wellbeing, and decisions

sessions may involve reflection, emotional exploration, and personal responsibility
4. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older, unless written guardian consent is provided.
Clients should not attend sessions while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any substance that affects their ability to participate safely.
5. Booking, Payment, and Access
Payment may be required before a session, package, program, or service is confirmed.
Bookings are only confirmed once the required payment, form, or application process has been completed.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in the session being forfeited or charged in full.
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated:

single sessions are non-refundable once booked

packages are non-refundable once purchased

group programs are non-refundable once access is provided

digital products, resources, recordings, or downloads are non-refundable
-
unused sessions may expire depending on the package terms
Any exceptions are at Nazirra’s discretion.
8. Confidentiality
Information shared during private sessions is treated with care and confidentiality.
Confidentiality may not apply where disclosure is required by law, where there is a risk of harm to the client or another person, where safeguarding concerns arise, or where disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights or comply with professional obligations.
9. Hypnotherapy and Energy Healing Acknowledgement
The client understands that hypnotherapy, energy healing, and related modalities may involve relaxation, guided inner work, emotional reflection, visualization, and personal processing.
Experiences and results vary from person to person.
No outcome, cure, diagnosis, or specific result is promised.
10. Intellectual Property
All written materials, recordings, worksheets, meditations, exercises, programs, frameworks, content, and resources provided by Nazirra remain the intellectual property of Nazirra Shaik-Papafaklis or Rebel Soul Coaching unless stated otherwise.
Clients may not copy, distribute, reproduce, teach, resell, or share these materials without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, the client agrees that services are used at their own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nazirra Shaik-Papafaklis and Rebel Soul Coaching are not liable for decisions, outcomes, losses, damages, injuries, emotional responses, or consequences arising from the client’s participation in services or use of website content.
12. Third-Party Platforms
Bookings, payments, emails, forms, video calls, or digital resources may be handled through third-party platforms.
Clients may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.
13. Respectful Conduct
Nazirra reserves the right to refuse, pause, or end services where there is abusive behavior, inappropriate conduct, repeated boundary violations, non-payment, or where the service is not considered suitable for the client’s needs.
14. Changes to Services or Terms
Services, pricing, availability, policies, and terms may be updated from time to time.
